Legacy Webmodule

The Legacy Webmodule can be utilized for patient scheduling on your website. Follow the instructions below to set this up for your office.

Existing Patient Settings

  1. In the Existing Patient Settings, select the appointment types that you'd like to allow your existing patients to schedule from your website and add them to the Selected Appointment Types column.

  2. Decide if you'd like to allow existing patients to schedule same day appointments.

New Patient Settings

If you would like to allow new clients to schedule using the Legacy Webmodule, follow the instructions below:

  1. Check the box next to "Allow new patients to request an appointment from your website?"

  2. Determine whether you'd like to allow new clients to request a same day appointment

  3. Determine whether you'd like new clients to request or schedule an appointment. If you'd like to allow new clients to schedule directly into your schedule rather than request, check the box next to "Create New Patient File? (In Your EHR)"

  4. Check the box next to the provider(s) you'd like to allow new clients to schedule with and select their new patient codes

  5. In the Other Settings section you can enter in a redirection URL. After a new patient schedules or requests an appointment, they will be directed to the URL entered here, rather than the SKED confirmation page.

  6. Save

Legacy Webmodule Example

  1. Check the box next to Include Existing Patients & Include New Patients to include the options on your website

  2. Copy and paste the iframe to your website (or send this to your web designer)

  3. Review the example and test it out
