📝 Overview
The Mobile App tab in SKED is where you can manage app registration settings and scheduling preferences for patients using the SKED mobile app. This tutorial walks you through how to send registration links, compose one-time messages, and understand the patient registration process from start to finish.
📱 Accessing the Mobile App Tab
The Mobile App tab is where you will locate your app registration settings and update your scheduling preferences for app users.
Your patients will register for the SKED app using a unique registration link, which must be sent through SKED.
💡 Tip: We recommend first sending this as a one-time message to your existing patients and later automating it to send to patients after their initial visits.
💬 Sending the One-Time Message
Open the One-Time Messages page.
Locate the Introducing SKED template in the SKED Templates folder.
Add your appointment codes to the Selected Appointment Types column and select a date range.
📅 Example: The message will be sent to any patient scheduled with the selected appointment types from April 1st to May 31st.
If patients are scheduled with multiple appointments during this date range, they will only receive one message.
🚫 Exclude new patient codes if you only want existing members to receive the message.
If you include new patient codes, this message will also be sent to patients who have an upcoming new patient appointment and have not yet been in the office.
⚙️ Before Introducing SKED to Patients
