App User Switching Offices

If a new patient wants to start using SKED at your office but already has an account from a previous office, they’ll need to re-register with your office. If they want to use the same email address, they must first delete their existing account by following the steps below. Otherwise, they can register with your office using a different email address or login method.

Have them follow these steps:

  1. log in to the current account with the former office.

  2. Go to Settings > Notification Settings, and disable all notifications.

  3. Go back to Settings, then Account Settings, and select Delete Account.

  4. Log out of the app and clear the cache by swiping out of the app to completely close it.

  5. Register at the new office in one of two ways:

    1. Send the patient the Introducing SKED: How to Register message and have them select the registration link in step #2 of the email.

    2. Have the patient re-open the app and select "Create an account". Register using the new office info (Provider ID & Member ID)

  6. Create a username with their correct email address and create a password

  7. After they follow these steps, they will be fully connected to your office and will be able to send and receive notifications from your office.
