Step-by-step: Registering for the SKED App

. Download the App

  1. On your mobile device (smartphone or tablet), open your app store (Apple App Store for iOS, Google Play for Android).

  2. Search for “SKED.life” (or simply “SKED App” if that’s how it appears) and download the application.

  3. Once downloaded, open the app.

2. Start the Registration Process

After opening the app, look for the “Create an Account”

Depending on your office, you will recieve two ways to register:

  1. You may be prompted to enter a Service Provider ID, Member ID/Barcode, and Last Name- these are provided by your office.

  2. You will receive an email (or possibly a text) with an activation link. Click that link to verify your account.

Once verified, choose how you want to register- either with Email, Google, Apple, or Facebook.

3. Sign In and Complete Setup

  1. After verifying your account and setting your password, return to the app and sign in with your credentials.

  2. (Optional but recommended) Go into Settings to:

    • Enable calendar integration (so your appointments sync with your device calendar)

    • Adjust notification settings (so you receive reminders or alerts for appointments)

  3. Once you’re signed in, you’ll be able to view your upcoming appointments, and manage your account.

5. Getting Help

If you ever have problems during registration (e.g., you didn’t receive the activation link, your Provider ID isn’t accepted, or the app won’t let you log in), contact your practice’s front desk or reach out to Sked Support.
