How to Group Practice Members (Family Accounts) in ChiroHD for SKED

Grouping practice members in ChiroHD lets one person register in the SKED App and manage:

  • Their own appointments

  • Any family member linked to them

This is most commonly used so parents can manage their children’s appointments without needing a separate SKED login for each child.


Steps to Group Family Members in ChiroHD

  1. Open the primary family member’s file in ChiroHD

  2. Go to the Profile tab

  3. Click on the Family tab

  4. Search for each practice member you want to link

  5. Select the family member(s)

  6. Click Save

Repeat the process for additional members if needed.


Verify Family/Group Sync in SKED After Linking in ChiroHD

Once all family members have been grouped in ChiroHD, SKED will automatically update. Follow the steps below to confirm the sync and verify the group in SKED.


After Linking in ChiroHD

  1. Wait a few moments for SKED to sync the changes.

  2. Have the practice member refresh the SKED App:

    • Swipe down on the Home screen to refresh OR

    • Clear app cache and reopen the app (if needed)
