✅ How to Re-Establish the Connection Between Platinum & SKED
If SKED is not syncing with Platinum, follow the steps below to restart the Platinum API service.
Steps
Go to the SERVER computer (not a workstation).
Open Services
You can do this by pressing Windows Key + R, typing
services.msc, and clicking OK.
In the Services list, locate:
Platinum API ClientCheck the service status:
If the service is running:
Right-click → Stop
Right-click again → Start
If the service is not running:
Right-click → Start
Expected Result
The Platinum ↔ SKED connection should restore within 15–20 minutes.
