✅ How SKED Installation Works — Step-by-Step
Step 1: Schedule Your Install Call
Book a call with a SKED Support Team member.
This call is required for SKED to be installed on your server computer.
Step 2: Prepare for the Installation
You will need Splashtop, a remote-access program.
On the server computer, go to:
sos.splashtop.comFollow the prompts to download and install Splashtop.
Keep Splashtop open and ready before your installation call.
This allows our team to safely connect to your server and install SKED for you.
Step 3: Installation & Setup Call
A SKED Support Team member will remote into your server computer using Splashtop.
They will complete the SKED installation for you.
You will also review your initial SKED Admin setup during this call.
