What to Do if Your Internet Connection Is Lost
If your internet connection is lost:
Messages and appointment reminders will still send for any appointments made before the disconnection.
Note: If disconnected, you can proactively disable your "missed appointment" reminders to avoid confusion for your patients.
Once your internet is restored, SKED will reconnect to your server, and your EHR will update with any changes made during the downtime.
If SKED Still Shows as Disconnected
Even after reconnecting to the internet, SKED may still appear disconnected.
