â How to Tell Patients About the SKED App
Introducing the App
Let patients know your office now uses SKED to help them manage appointments more easily. In the One-Time Messages tab, you will find a folder of pre-made templates for your use. Check them out!
1) Sked Made Templates
Go to your One-Time Messages folder.
Find the folder labeled Sked Templates.
Review the templates.
2) Use the âIntroducing SKED: How to Registerâ Template
Open the Introducing SKED: How to Register folder.
Review the text message template:
This message introduces the SKED app to patients.
Add your New Patient Appointment Type
Edit your composition box for email, SMS, or Push App
3) Provide Patient ID Information
Locate the PDF SKED flyer
Write your Provider ID number on the flyer.
Write the patientâs Individual ID number on the flyer.
Give the flyer to the patient.
Patients will need both Provider ID and Individual Patient ID, if they choose the âCreate an accountâ option on the SKED app login screen.
