ChiroTouch: Grouping patients together in SKED

How to Group Practice Members in SKED

Grouping practice members allows one person to register and manage both their own appointments and those of anyone in their group. This is especially helpful for parents managing appointments for their children without needing to create a separate app account for each child.

Step 1: Ensure Members Are Linked in ChiroTouch

Before grouping in SKED, make sure family members or clients are linked in ChiroTouch. This ensures SKED can recognize and group them correctly.

Step 2: Set Up Grouping in SKED Admin

  1. Open your SKED Admin.

  2. Go to the Integration tab:

    • Click the ellipsis menu (…)

    • Select Integration

  3. Under the Miscellaneous category, locate “Group Client By”.

Step 3: Choose Grouping Method

You have two options for grouping clients:

  • Linked Accounts:
    SKED will group clients based on the ‘Linked Accounts (Statements)’ section in ChiroTouch.

  • PIN:
    SKED will group clients who share the same PIN in their ChiroTouch account.

Step 4: Confirm Grouping in SKED

  1. Pull up a client’s profile in SKED.

  2. Scroll down to the patients ‘Group’ to confirm that the accounts are grouped correctly.
