Manage Users

Learn how to manage users for your SKED account.

Introduction

The Manage Users page gives admins control over who has access to the SKED account. From here you can add new team members, view existing users, and enable or disable access as your staff changes.

To get there, click the Settings icon in the blue navigation bar and select Manage Users under the Business section.

Note: This page is only visible to the primary SKED office admin user. If you don't see Manage Users in your menu, check with your account admin to confirm your role.

Add a New Office User

Step 1: Click Add User in the Users section.

Step 2: Enter the new user's name and email address.

Step 3: Click Invite. The new user will receive an email invitation to set up their login.

Step 4: Once a user is added, they will receive an email prompting them to create or reset their password and gain access to SKED Admin.

Edit Office User

Click the pencil Icon in the action section of the respective user to begin editing. You can change their username, or login email address. Once you've made your changes, click the floppy disk icon to save.

Log Out Users

Use the dropdown arrow to log out your own account across all devices or to sign out all other users. This helps protect your system if a device is lost or an employee leaves suddenly.

To log out all users including the primary admin, click "Log out all office users (including office admin)" or to log out office users only, click "Log out office users (excluding office admin)".

Note: If you are logging out all users, it may take SKED up to 15 minutes to complete this process.

Delete User

Click the trashcan icon under the action section of any user you would like to remove from your system. A confirmation window will pop up to ask if you wish to remove the user. Click confirm to finalize the decision. If you wish to back out, click the X in the top right of the popup.

Warning: We strongly recommend deleting any user who is no longer part of your organization as soon as possible. Once deleted, log out all office users to ensure their access is fully revoked. This helps keep your account compliant with HIPAA regulations.
