View Files (ChiroHD Only)

This help guide shows how patients can view files from their office and upload their insurance cards in the SKED App.

Viewing Shared Files

Patients are able to see files that the office chooses to share in the SKED app.

  1. Log into the SKED app.

  2. Click the Files icon in the bottom bar.

  3. Any files that have been shared by the office will populate in the Files section.

  4. Click on a file to open and view it.

Note: this is only available for offices that have the ChiroHD EHR and cannot be used for all offices.

Sharing a File

If the patient clicks on a file, there is a share button in the top-right corner. Depending on the patient's phone operating device, it will provide ways of sharing it including:

  • Text

  • Email

  • Print

• Other available sharing options on their device

Uploading an Insurance Card

Patients can also upload their insurance card through the SKED app.

  1. Click the plus icon in the bottom right corner.

  2. Choose who the insurance card is for by changing the drop-down that says whose card is this.

  3. Click front of the card.

  4. Choose one of the following options:

    • Take a photo

    • Select from the photo library

    • Browse other files on the device

    • Click Cancel

  5. Repeat the same steps for the back of the card.
