How do I complete verification?
Go to your SkinSwap profile and click Start Verification.
Select your country.
Answer the questions shown.
Scan the front and back of your ID live with your camera.
Complete the liveness check.
Go back to your conversation and let us know you have finished.
Which documents can I use?
A passport, ID card or driver's license, issued in any country.
Verification is handled by our provider, Sumsub.
What happens next?
We review your verification and reply in your conversation. In some cases, we may ask for additional information there. Being verified does not mean future deposits will skip review, and we may ask you to verify again later.
What if my verification is rejected or I do not want to verify?
The deposit is denied and you receive a full refund to your original payment method right away. Card refunds usually arrive within 3 to 5 business days, depending on your bank. If your verification is rejected, your profile shows KYC verification rejected with a Contact Support button.
