If a trade fails after you paid with your skins, your balance or both, the exact amount you paid is returned to you as site balance right away.
Will I get my skins back?
No. Your skins are not returned; you receive their value as balance. For example, if you used a $100 skin, you receive $100 in balance.
Why is my P2P item taking so long?
Items with the hourglass icon are sent by real sellers, who have up to 12 hours to send them. Nobody can speed this up.
I received two offers for the same skin and one was cancelled. What happened?
We send only one trade offer per item. Two offers for the same skin, one of them cancelled, is almost always a scam. Do not accept it, and see I think I've been scammed.
