First you need to add Calendly links to your campaigns. Instructions on that are here.

Wouldn't it be awesome if when someone books your Calendly, whatever Skyp campaign is sending to them automatically stops?

Here's how to do that.

Connecting Your Calendly Account to Skyp

Connecting Calendly allows Skyp to automatically track when contacts from your campaigns book meetings with you. When a contact schedules a meeting through your Calendly link, it's recorded as a response in your campaign analytics.

Requirements

You can connect any Calendly and Skyp account. However, syncing will only work with a paid (Standard or higher) Calendly plan.

Note: You can connect Calendly but not have it sync if you are not on a paid plan.

Obviously you also need a Skyp account.

Step 1: Go to the Skyp Integrations page

It is here: https://app.skyp.ai/dashboard/integrations or click "integrations" on the left side of the Skyp interface.

Step 2: Click on "Connect" under Calendly

Step 3: Click Connect to Calendly on the page

If you are logged into Calendly already, you will immediately see the connection page (oAuth page, for those into technical jargon). Click the giant blue button that says "Connect to Calendly" and you're all set!

What Connecting Skyp to Calendly Does

Once connected, Skyp will:

  • Track meeting bookings β€” When contacts book meetings through your Calendly links, Skyp automatically records this as a campaign response

  • Update campaign analytics β€” Your response rates will include Calendly bookings

Security Notes

  • Skyp only receives webhook notifications for bookings β€” we cannot access your calendar or modify your Calendly settings

  • You can disconnect the integration at any time from the Integrations page

Remember if you are not on a paid Calendly plan you will be able to make the connection but we will NOT be able to create the connection to listen to new calendly bookings. There is no warning or error message for this. Be sure to be on a paid plan!

If you were on a free plan...

If you connected on a free plan, but then upgraded., simply click "Disconnect" on the Integrations page and then re-authenticaet to Calendly. We will reset the connection and be able to make updates.
