🎥 How It Works
Watch this tutorial to see how the AI Lesson Planner can revolutionize your workflow or scroll down for step-by-step directions:
1. Choose a lesson plan prompt
In the chat window, choose a conversation prompt, or add your own to get started.
Example:
“Create a lesson plan for a second grade language group working on learning new vocabulary and answering wh-questions about stories.”
The AI assistant will ask a few follow-up questions to personalize the lesson:
Student age or grade level
Targeted IEP goals/objectives (include baseline and/or present level data if available)
Therapy setting (e.g., individual or group)
Session duration (e.g., 20 or 30 minutes)
Preferred themes, books, or activities
2. Review & Customize
Need more prompts, a seasonal theme, or student interests included? Just ask! You can refine or revise your plan directly in the chat.
3. Save Your Lesson Plan in SLP Toolkit
To save your plan:
Go to the Plan tab in your account.
Click Add a New Plan and select Create Plan from Scratch.
Copy/paste your AI-generated plan into the new template.
(Optional) Add tags to easily organize and find plans later.
