Click Edit and use the Redact Tool to cover sensitive info (like student names & DOB) and then re-download the PDF file.
Summarize in parent-friendly language 💬
Attach the redacted report into the SLP Toolkit AI Assistant and choose the prompt:
👉 "Summarize therapy progress in parent-friendly language."
🔁 You can revise, regenerate, or fine-tune the summary as needed using the follow-up questions from the AI Assistant.
🧩 Tips for Best Results
Make sure progress monitoring data is up to date before uploading to the AI Assistant.
Use the AI Assistant’s initial draft as a baseline — customize language to reflect student strengths, specific interventions, or your clinical observations.
If needed, break down summaries by goal area or reporting period for clarity.
🛑 Limitations
The Assistant can only analyze what’s already entered — it does not pull from session notes or anecdotal observations unless included in progress data.
It does not replace professional judgment — always review and revise the summary as needed.
The AI Assistant does not store drafts — copy/paste the generated summary if you wish to save multiple versions.
