How do I send out a member self-onboarding invite or campaign?

  1. Log in to your noc.smartac.com

  2. Go to the “Members” tab

  3. Then click on “invite new member”

  4. To invite a single member, choose “manual entry” and to invite multiple users, choose the “Import .csv” option

Inviting multiple prospective members

  1. Select ”Import.CSV” and upload the file, making sure it has the following information as headers:

    • First Name

    • Last Name

    • Email

    • Phone Number

    • Address1

    • Address2

    • City

    • State

    • Postal Code

  2. Select the plan to which you would like to invite them. By default, a checkbox will select all the members, but you can deselect them if you don’t want to invite them.

  3. Finally, click on “Send Invite” and a text message will be sent to all those invited to onboard.

  4. You can see who hasn’t accepted yet in the “prospects” tab in the members list.

  5. Once a member accepts, they will show up as onboard completed on your members list

Inviting a single prospective member

  1. Select manual entry and fill in all the fields with the proper information.

  2. Confirm the information you’ve entered, and if everything looks good, click “send”.

  3. A text message will be sent to them inviting them to complete their onboarding.

  4. You can see who hasn’t accepted yet in the “prospects” tab in the members list.

  5. Once a member accepts, they will show up as onboard completed on your members list
