View active alerts for any member from either the Pro App or Partner Dashboard.
From the Pro App
From the homescreen of your Pro App, tap Members.
Members with active alerts display an alert indicator next to their name.
Tap the member to see alert details.
From the Partner Dashboard
Log in to your noc.smartac.com account.
Navigate to Members.
Members with alerts show an alert badge or appear in the Alerts filter.
Click a member's name to view alert details in their Performance Summary.
