Go to the Technicians tab (click the hat icon at the top of the Dashboard).
The Account Status dropdown in the Technicians tab allows you to filter your list by access level in the SmartAC.com Pro App.
Active: Technicians who currently have Pro App access.
Deactivated: Technicians who had access in the past but have since been removed (e.g., no longer with the company or no longer require access).
Pending: Technicians who were invited to the Pro App and sent the welcome email but have not yet completed their login.
*By default, the list shows only Active technicians, but you can switch views at any time to check other statuses.
