You can provide members with Comfort Credits (also called Loyalty Credits or given a custom name by you) as part of their Smart Maintenance subscription. Credits can be granted on sign-up, annually, or each month for a dollar amount you specify to set aside as credits for each member on a plan. These credits are a great way to give members incentive to choose you for their future services needs by helping offset future expenses.
How Can Members Use Comfort Credits?
Credits are not cash and cannot be used toward subscription fees or past purchases.
They can only be applied to future expenses outlined in the member’s Smart Maintenance plan.
If a member cancels their plan, their unused credits are voided.
Members can review the exact terms in their Plan Details, available in the Homeowner App under the Account tab.
