How do our members or we add unmonitored filters for filter re-ordering?

Adding all your members filters is important part of retaining members and driving member stickiness. You can do this in several ways:

Partner Dashboard

You can add filters from the Partner dashboard for a member by navigate their member details.

  1. Navigate to Member List in your Partner Dashboard : https://noc.smartac.com/member

  2. Search for the member name

  3. Click to go to that members details

  4. Choose “Add unmonitored filters” to begin the flow

  5. Enter the filter details / sizing that your members would like on their account for reorder.

Pro App

You can add filters from the Pro App for a member by navigated to their member details here:

  1. Open you pro app and choose “Members” from the bottom list

  2. Search for the member name

  3. From the member card choose “Open Property Details”

  4. From the property detail scroll till you see the option the “Add Monitored Filters”

  5. Enter the filter details / sizing that your members would like on their account for reorder.

Member App (iOS & Android)

A member can add filters from their member app as well through these steps

  1. Members can open their Member App and tap on the “Filter” tile from the home screen.

  2. Once on the filters screen, a member can tap on the “Plus” icon to add an additional filter

  3. A member will choose the Timed Filter for an additional unmonitored filter

  4. Members will then enter the filter details / sizing that they would like on their account for reorder.

Member Portal (Web)

  1. A member can also add filters by logging into the member portal: https://member.smartac.com/portal/login

  2. Member will navigate to “Filters” and choose “Add a Filter”

  3. Member will then enter the filter details / sizing that they would like on their account for reorder.
