How can I update or change the filter size or other details?

Open the Pro App and tap Members on the bottom menu.

Search for the member by name or address and select them.

Tap Open Property Details and scroll to the Devices section.

Locate the filter sensor that requires an update.

Tap Edit Filter.

Select where the filter is located.

Enter the correct filter dimensions (Width x Height x Depth in inches, e.g., 20 x 25 x 1).

Tap Next to confirm the changes.

Log in to your noc.smartac.com account.

Navigate to Members and select the member.

Scroll to the Filters section and click the filter you want to edit.

Update the filter details (size, MERV rating, location) and save.
