Where do I find customer data for filter voucher invoices?

SmartAC.com sends Partners a monthly invoice for vouchers and Comfort Credits that members have redeemed. To see the details behind these charges, use the Rewards page in your Partner Dashboard.

  1. Log in to your Partner Dashboard at noc.smartac.com.

  2. Click Rewards in the left navigation.

  3. Select the Transaction tab to see all redemptions.

  4. Use the filters to narrow by:

    • Reward Type (Comfort Credits or Vouchers)

    • Transaction Type (e.g., "Filter Voucher Used")

    • Date range matching your invoice period

  5. Click EXPORT to download the data for reconciliation with your invoice.

Each transaction shows the member name, order number, amount, and date. The order numbers match entries on your monthly invoice from SmartAC.com.

Tip: The Balance tab shows current credit and voucher balances for all members. The Transaction tab shows historical activity.
