How does a technician change their password?

Technicians can reset their password in two ways:

From within the app: If they remember their current password, they can update it by entering the old and new password. Open App → Account → Reset Password.

If they forgot their password: They can tap "Forgot Password" on the login screen. A password reset link will be sent to their registered email address.

Alternatively, you can reset the password on their behalf via the Partner Dashboard.
