Viewing the Marketplace
To view the SmartRent Enterprise Marketplace, follow these steps in SmartRent:
Click the desired community
Click Marketplace in the left sidebar menu
Making an Inquiry
To make an inquiry about a specific piece of technology in the Marketplace, follow these steps in SmartRent:
Click the desired community
Click Marketplace in the left sidebar menu
Click Learn More on the technology you wish to see details about (such as SightMap, in the example below)
Click Contact Sales
Clicking the Contact Sales button triggers an email that gets sent to a representative with the following information:
Subject line - “[Vendor Name] Inquiry from SmartRent User”
Message - This user has inquired about ordering [technology requested]
Data fields include - First Name, Last Name, Email Address, Community Name, and Organization
You will receive an on-screen message verifying your inquiry
