What Information Gets Synced Into SmartRent from Entrata?

Once you have integrated Entrata with SmartRent, SmartRent will begin syncing unit, resident, and work order data. If you have yet to integrate with Entrata, check out our How Do I Set Up Entrata For My Portfolio? article for more details.

Data is automatically synced every hour; however, admins can manually force a sync at any time. We currently sync the following data in groups:

Units:

We currently sync the following unit data from Entrata:

  • ID Value

  • Unit Number

  • Status

  • Address

  • Building Name

  • Floor (if available)

  • Rent

  • Bed

  • Bath

  • Sq ft.

Residents (current and future leases):

We currently sync the following resident data from Entrata:

  • Lease Status

  • Lease Start Date

  • Lease End Date

  • Move In Date

  • Resident First name

  • Resident Last Name

  • Phone Number

  • Email Address

  • Resident Status

  • Customer Type (primary, co-applicant etc..)

Work Orders (open work orders within past 30 days):

We currently sync the following work order data from Entrata:

  • Maintenance Request Id

  • Created On

  • Location

  • Status (Scheduled, In Progress, New, Open, Awaiting Parts

  • Priority (Emergency, High, Medium, Low)

  • Maintenance Problem

  • Maintenance Description

  • Scheduled Start Date

  • Permission to enter

  • Requester Name

  • Requester Phone Number

  • Requester Email
