What Data from RentEGI Is Synced with SmartRent?

Once you’ve integrated RentEGI with SmartRent, SmartRent will begin syncing unit, resident, and work order data. If you haven’t integrated with RentEGI yet, feel free to check out our How Do I Set Up RentEGI Integration? article.

Data is automatically synced every hour, however admins can manually force a sync at any time. We currently sync the following data:

Resident Data:

  • Property ID

  • Unit ID

  • Lease ID

  • Lease Name

  • Status

    • Possible Values: Pending, Current, Notice, Former

  • First Name

  • Last Name

  • Phone Number

  • Email

  • Resident Member ID

  • Relationship

    • Possible Values: Head Of Household, Spouse/Cohabitant, Minor Family Member, Adult Family Member, Roommate, House Guest, Resident's Employee, Property Employee, Non-Resident Co-Sign

  • Move In Date

  • Lease Start Date

  • Lease End Date

Unit Data:

  • Property ID

  • Unit ID

  • Unit Number

  • Address

  • City

  • State

  • Zip Code

  • Status

    • Possible Values: Model, Down, Vacant Ready, Vacant Unrented Not Ready, Vacant Rented, Occupied, Occupied On Notice Rented, Occupied On Notice Not Rented

Work Order Data:

  • Property ID

  • Permission to Enter

    • Possible Values: Call Required or Anytime (default)

  • Appointment Date

  • Created Date

  • Unit ID

  • Work Order ID

  • Service Problem

  • Status

    • Possible Values: Pending, Deleted, Completed

  • Priority

    • Always normal

  • Issue Location

    • Location will always be the unit number

  • Requested By

  • Resident Phone

  • Resident Email
