Data is automatically synced every hour; however, admins can manually force a sync at any time. We currently sync the following data:
Units Mapping:
Occupied = Occupied
Vacant = Vacant
Vacant Rented = Vacant
Notice = Occupied
Notice Rented = Occupied
Resident Mapping:
Status is Current, Past, Future
Tenant Type = Financially Responsible
First and Last OR Company name (if first/last is blank)
Group around occupancy ID to create the leases
Work Order Mapping:
Urgent = Emergency
Normal = Medium
Low = Low Priority
SGT Mapping:
MarketRent = Unit settings > Rent text input
Pull in min-max if applicable
AdvertisedRent = Unit settings > Lease Term Rent text input
Pull in min - max if applicable
Bathrooms = Unit settings > Baths text input
Bedrooms = Unit settings > Beds text input
SquareFeet = Unit settings > Square Feet text input

Automatically trigger move-in for residents when:
Status = Current
MoveInOnFrom "2020-11-12", within last 14 days
