To create your personal common area access credentials, navigate to the property within SmartRent Manager then select the Access menu option on the left.
Next, select the Credentials menu option at the top of the screen.
Select Create to add a credential.
Then, choose between the available credential types. Options include: Generate PIN Code, Generate BLE, or Add Card / Fob.
After a credential is created, you will see it displayed on the Credentials tab.
If desired, select Create again to create a different type of credential. To create a Card / Fob Credential add a Reference ID before selecting the Save button. If generating a BLE credential, download the Alloy Pass app (from the Google Play Store or Apply App Store) to use the BLE credential.
Note: Users cannot create common area access credentials for other site team members. Each team member with a SmartRent account must create their own access using the method detailed above.
