The Tours Dashboard shows the total number of tours scheduled, total number of prospects created, average number of tours per prospect, average number of tours per unit, and who uses Tour Now to sign up for Self-Guided Tours. This dashboard is only visible if your community has the Tours Solution enabled at one or more communities.
Accessing the dashboard:
To access the Tours Dashboard in SmartRent, follow these steps:
Click on the Reports tab at the top of the page
Click Tours from the left sidebar menu
The Tours Dashboard shows the following data:
Filter: Filter to specific community data with specific community and time frame filters
Full Scheduled Tours: Total number of tours scheduled within the organization; this is for all time, excluding tours in deleted units/groups
Total Prospects Created: Total number of unique prospects scheduled for a tour; this is all time, excluding tours in deleted units/groups
Avg. Tours Per Prospect: Average number of scheduled tours per prospect; this is all time, excluding prospects in deleted units/groups
Avg. Tours Per Unit: Average number of scheduled tours per unit; this is all time, excluding tours in deleted units/groups
Tour Now: Percent of prospects that used Tour Now to sign up for a Self-Guided Tour; this is all time, excluding tours in deleted units/groups
Tour Statistics Graph: Monthly number of tours in the last 12 months, excluding tours in deleted units/groups
Most Popular Days Graph: Most popular days during the week that prospects tend to do tours, excluding tours in deleted units/groups
Most Popular Times Graph: Most popular time for a prospect to begin a tour, excluding tours in deleted units/groups
