SmartRent 1.96.0

Features

Create Work Order Redesign - This feature allows your site team members to increase productivity by quickly filtering to specific units or bulk assigning all units across multiple pages to a work order. This will allow you to efficiently address community maintenance needs like pest control, fire alarms, water leaks, etc.

Customizable Reporting - Your organization may have a certain definition of Personally Identifiable Information (PII) and have preferences around what data is displayed in SmartRent reporting. With the Customizable Reporting feature, you can now customize SmartRent reports according to your needs and policies around PII. This is accessible by going to the Reports tab at the organizational level.

Resend Resident Access Email Non-Z-Wave Support - We are excited to announce an addition to the resident card that allows your site team to resend the Access Code email — no more moving residents out and back in just to generate another Access Code. This is accessible by going to the Units tab, selecting a unit, clicking on the Leases tab, selecting a resident to view, clicking on Quick Actions, and then selecting Resend Invite.

Bug Fix

Unable to Resend Resident Access Email When Hubless - This bug fix allows your site team to resend the Access Code email from the resident card when Alloy Access is enabled as the resident doesn’t have a hub or a Z-Wave lock assigned to their unit.

SmartRent Manager Mobile 1.8

Features

SmartRent Manager Mobile Release - Our newest SmartRent Manager Mobile release allows site teams to use barcode decals in addition to QR codes when assigning and managing vehicle parking in SmartRent Manager Mobile. We’ve also added the ability to manually enter a decal code for site teams who cannot scan the decal for various reasons. Lastly, we fixed a few minor bugs and made some enhancements to the mobile app to improve the user experience.

Alloy Parking 1.16

Features

Barcodes for Vehicle Assignment and Validation - We’ve added the ability to support third-party decals that have RFID credentials along with a barcode and decal number for Alloy Parking resident parking validation. These third-party decals can now be assigned to vehicles as well as validated in both SmartRent Manager Web and SmartRent Manager Mobile.

Bug Fixes

Handle State in SmartRent Manager Web When Parking API Is Down - An error message has been added to communicate when the parking API is down.

On the Resident page, error messages are displayed within the vehicle table when the parking API is down, instead of showing that no vehicles were found.
