Community Manager Web 1.81
Features
Show Installer Code on Hub Page (with permission) - This update ensures that the Hub page within Community Manager Web always shows the Installer code near the Add New Device | Installed Devices tabs if the user has the proper permission or is an org admin. This will provide greater convenience and accessibility for users when attempting to view the installer code when pairing and repairing locks. In order to utilize this feature the user will need the following permissions:
Hub - View
Access - View Backup Code
BugFixes
Disabling Integration Bug Fix - This bug fix ensures that when disabling integrations, the credential ID remains saved so that it does not need to be re-entered again. Users will now experience a smoother transition with integrations.
Text Wrap Bug Fix - This bug fix improves the user experience by ensuring that, when a resident or guest receives their access email expiring links page, the text wraps to properly fit the mobile phone size and display all of the information.
Self-Guided Tours 2.42.0
Features
Identity 2.0 - Prospects are now required to use their mobile device for the ID check. This update provides a better user experience and transition to mobile which the user will be using to complete their tour when onsite. Using solely mobile for I.D check will also provide a more accurate, and faster verification experience.
BDX Integration - We are excited to announce our integration with BDX! NewHomeSource.com is the largest site for new home sales. By integrating with SmartRent when homes either become enabled or disabled for touring, BDX will automatically add or remove them from newhomesource.com. When enabled, we will send tour URLs to BDX so that visitors to newhomesource.com see a link to tour the home. When disabled, we will automatically remove that link from BDX. As long as the integration is enabled in Community Manager Web, this will require no action from the client as it will occur automatically.
Unit Availability Permissions Enable/Disable Tours - We have updated the Manage Unit Availability permission so that the Unit Update permission is automatically added to roles that have the Manage Unit Availability permission. This update ensures that units can be enabled or disabled for tours. All current roles that met these criteria were automatically updated to have this role.
Prospect UI Formatting - This update provides a better prospect experience through simple formatting changes to icons and image thumbnails on the tours web app.
Knock + Funnel Read-Only Community ID - We have made the Community ID field read-only once it has been entered, in most cases by the Solutions Architect. If the incorrect Community ID is accidentally entered, you can reach out to your Account Manager who can update the Community ID on the backend. This update ensures greater security by not needing to re-enter or update the community ID and potentially entering the wrong number.
Custom Community Access Cards Configuration - With this feature, you can remove the codes from the welcome message and create a community access card that will be shown to the prospect. This update provides those who are not using any of our integrations for community access cards or have no enabled community access configured (but want to display a gate or community code). You can decide whether to show the prospect the community access code 30 minutes before the start of the tour or when the tour starts. This provides more security by not exposing community access information before the tour begins. This new setting is found within Tour Settings → Community Access.
Alloy Parking 1.10
Features
Realpage Vehicle Integration Sync - This new feature allows RealPage to two-way sync its resident and prospect vehicle records into SmartRent from OneSite on a regular basis. As the records change in Community Manager Web, it writes back records into OneSite for optimal ongoing management of vehicle records. This allows for automatic vehicle transition from prospect to the resident upon move-in; your site team will simply need to assign a decal to the resident. This feature allows for the maintenance of vehicles, easily sets up residents for parking, and ensures your site team is able to seamlessly issue decals.
Guest Parking 1.2.0
Disable Continue Button on Landing Page - We now disable the continue button on the landing page until the required fields and checkboxes have all been completed to provide a better user experience.
User Experience Enhancements - We’ve improved our user experience in the Guest Parking Web app by removing unnecessary button clicks required during check-in.
Primary Guest Vehicle Toggle - In Guest Parking Web a "Primary Vehicle" Toggle is included when editing or adding a new vehicle. Additionally, a guest can one click through the Add vehicle screen to start their parking session. When the guest makes a new session the primary vehicle that is saved to their account will automatically be selected making the process of guest check-in easier and faster.
Alloy Pass 1.4
Suppress Apple Wallet Pass (iOS) - Previously we ran into an issue where Salto Enabled properties were experiencing the Apple Wallet pop-up anytime a resident or guest was attempting to use a Salto pass from the Alloy Pass app. We’ve disabled the Apple Wallet from attempting to open while in the Alloy Pass app to better improve the resident experience.
