Community Manager Web 1.86.0
Features
Move-Ins Without Smart Locks - This feature provides a way for communities in which locks have not been installed to move in residents. This update will impact Alloy Access or Brivo only communities as well as WiFi T-Stat/Sensor only sites. Additionally, this update ensures that residents can gain access to their unit when a Z-Wave lock is paired after move-in. Finally, during a phased installation in which locks have not yet been installed, this feature prevents the automatic move-in or move-out of residents. Property staff will be notified of the Automatic Move-in/Move-Out (AMIMO) rules so they can properly configure and enable this setting once the devices have been installed.
Ring Alarm Auto Arm Times - This feature provides users with greater flexibility in arming Ring Alarms, allowing users to choose when they would like to arm these devices by enabling different auto arm times. Properties have the option to add auto arm times to set multiple times for the Ring Alarm to arm throughout the day, even after the initial auto arm time. If, for instance, there was someone (i.e. vendors) going into a unit after the initial arm time, the property could set another arm time after this individual was to leave. Users must have the “Integration Update” permission to update auto arm times.
Make Peak Comfort Profiles More Clear - Peak Rewards offers three comfort profiles that residents can select. This update provides distinct definitions for each comfort profile so that residents can best understand the differences. The profile options include Comfort Optimized, Balanced, and Savings Optimized. Residents are able to view the descriptions and more details as well as select their preferred setpoint via the Peak Rewards Overview page.
Bug Fixes
Emails Sent to Users Who Have Not Accepted Invite - This fix resolves an issue so that now we only send emails to users who have accepted their invite. Any pending or inactive users will not receive any emails.
Unable to Remove SFTP Settings Once Configured - This bug fix corrects a previous problem concerning SFTP settings. Now when a user configures SFTP settings and saves them, the user can add or delete them.
Self Guided Tours 2.47.0
Features
Send Tour Cancellation Events - For clients with the Knock integration enabled, we now send tour cancellation events to the PMS/CRM when a prospect cancels or reschedules a tour. This will allow you to utilize your PMS/CRM as a single source of truth.
Update Phone Verification SMS Verbiage - We have updated the verbiage within the SMS sent to tour prospects so that they know exactly what the codes they receive are to be used for. Previously, prospects had been confused between the phone verification code and access codes; this update ensures they know which code(s) they should be using.
Icons for Community Access Codes - We have updated icons depicted after Community Access Codes to minimize prospect confusion. Now, rather than showing a standard check, we will show the “#” icon at the end of the code for Alloy Access and Brivo and the “unlock” icon for the Igloo Lockbox. Users can now input exactly what is shown, including the icon.
Bug Fixes
First Text Message Sent After Tour is Not Being Logged in SupportRent - This update ensures that after the Tour Invite SMS is sent, this action is properly logged in SupportRent.
