Community Manager Web 1.82
Features
Coming Soon! Peak Rewards (Arizona Only - Internal Only) - We are excited to announce our partnership with Elevation’s Peak Rewards program! This program will allow Elevation to modify an enabled resident’s thermostat set points to help the resident save money, reduce energy consumption, and assist APS’ balance load on the grid. This integration must first be enabled by the Account Management team. Once enabled, Residents will be able to log into their Resident Web Portal and by using the new Marketplace tab, they can choose to enroll in Peak Rewards and be taken through the wizard to set up. Residents can pause, or unenroll at any time.
Appfolio Integration - Community Manager Web now supports integration with Appfolio! By integrating with Appfolio, communities can ensure a single source of truth and ease of use for Unit, Resident (Leases), and Work Order syncs. Appfolio also supports automatic move in and move out of residents. The first step requires an organization admin to configure Appfolio’s credentials within the organization settings. Then to enable this Property Management integration, click on the Integrations → Appfolio tab, click enable, and ensure credentials and property settings have been set up using the corresponding tabs. Syncs run hourly but can be run manually as well by using the “Sync Now” button to the right of each sync category.
Bug Fixes
Igloo Unit Dropdown - Previously on the IglooHome unit selection dropdown we were only showing the first 100 units. We have updated the Igloo Lockbox Units Dropdown so that it now shows all unoccupied units. IglooHome lockboxes are only ever associated with unoccupied units so this change will lead to a better overall user experience and less manually typing to find the proper unit associated with the lockbox.
Self-Guided Tours 2.43.0
Features
Always Show Custom Welcome Message - Clients can now display their custom welcome message to prospects immediately after the tour has been scheduled so that prospects have access to all relevant information in advance of their tour. There are currently 79 properties that include a code within their welcome message; now that this message will be shown for longer than 30 minutes prior to the tour start, we encourage clients to remove any codes and rather create community access cards. *Note: Disabled by Default
SMS Confirmation - Invite to Tour/Scheduled on Behalf - We have updated the message prospects receive when a property manager schedules a tour on their behalf in Community Manager Web. The information in the SMS message that the prospect receives will correspond to the settings selected by the property manager when inviting the prospect to tour. These settings include: unit selection and a date/time; unit selection but no date/time; unit selection and no date/time.
Alloy Parking 1.11
Features
Assign a Decal Across Groups Global - This update allows staff who exist across multiple units or groups within an organization to only use one decal for an existing vehicle. For the site team to be able to access this workflow, decals must be enabled within the Parking Module in SupportRent.
Resident Mobile 2.20/Alloy SmartHome 1.12
Features
Add Device Battery Percentage - We have updated the Resident Mobile application so that residents can view the battery percentages of their devices within the app. Residents can now see battery percentages on the device cards of the dashboard; a green battery represents 51%-100% battery level, a yellow battery represents 31%-50% battery level, and a red battery represents 0%-30% battery level. As leak sensors have their own page, only the lowest battery level will display on the card with the other levels being accessible on the leak sensor page.
Resident Marketplace MVP (iOS & Android) - This update will allow residents and/or homeowners to link their Ring, Google Assistant, and Amazon Alexa from the Resident Mobile application. The Marketplace greatly simplifies this process for residents and helps us to promote our partnerships.
