| NEW FEATURES
Reports Page - Previously reporting lived within the Settings tab at the Organization level. We’ve moved this page to be its own tab on the top navigation bar with the label “Reports”. This page has all the same functionality as it previously did, including the following:
Data Reporting
Reporting Cadence
SFTP Server Information
Resident Credentials Card Redesign - In addition to our 1.4 Resident Card Redesign we are excited to announce the Resident Credential redesign! We’ve replaced the credentials tab with a card view that provides an efficient method to manage credential information for a resident.
Clicking on the Add Credential button will open up an action menu where the following can be done:
Generate a pin code for the Resident
Add a Card/Fob
Credentials can be removed directly from the list view shown on the credentials card. All of these actions are single-page and require no additional navigation or page refresh!
Igloohome Temporary Manager Code Support - To allow site staff the ability to check
their lockboxes daily we now support the ability to assign temporary manager codes for Igloo Lockboxes. Under an Igloo Lockbox device page in Community Manager Web there is a new Add Manager Code action if the user has the necessary “Access Codes - Create” permission. The user then enters the first name and last name of the assignee, and a start and end time for the code.
*Note: The code will only be usable during business hours, and the user must have the proper permissions to create or view these types of lockbox codes. This code is not sent via SMS/Email and needs to be manually distributed.
| BUG FIXES
Grant Missing Vacant Access Bug Fix - We’ve fixed a bug where previously if a community was connected to Brivo, Alloy Access, or IglooHome granting vacant access would present a 500 page error.
