Warning State on Igloohome Manager Guest Code Screen - This feature is to provide a warning to users on the IglooHome Manager Guest Code Screen with the following text:
“For security purposes, if a Manager Guest Pin Code is not used within 24 hours of its start time, that pin code will not activate on the lock and will not work.”
This warning will set clear expectations on Manager Access Code validity and expiration and will encourage your site staff to refrain from creating a code too early. If you do still require support, one of the first troubleshooting steps should be to check the creation date of the lockbox code.
Yardi Integration Property Settings Unit Sync - On the Property Settings tab within the Integrations → Yardi tab there is a new dropdown labeled Interface with the options GuestCard and Resident (Resident is the default pre-selection). This allows our internal sync to determine which interface to use and limit the data they share with us to ensure heightened security and privacy.
Yardi Property Code DropDown Enhancements - For organizations with Yardi enabled, whenever Organization Admins go to create or edit a property the property code field now changes to a dropdown with values pulled from the Yardi interface. This reduces the need to manually enter the Property Code ID and ensures greater accuracy and less syncing failures.
Help Tab Dropdown - In order to provide you with additional support resources that align with current workflows, the Help tab now contains two dropdowns: Community Manager Support and Resident Support. Clicking either of these links will direct you to the proper knowledge base articles for assistance.
BugFixes
Unit Page Bugfixes - We’ve made several enhancements to our unit page when filtering hubs to now display the correct amount of units on the header and footer as well as pagination errors in regards to filtering.
Brivo Fob Creation Bugfix - We’ve fixed a bug where previously when a user attempted to create and issue a new FOB for a non-resident with characters (ie. ABCD), the success message would indicate that the credential was successful but it was never added. We now display an error message whenever incorrect FOB credentials are given.
Vault Code Duplicate Bugfix - We’ve fixed an issue where previously vault codes would allow duplicate entries. This ensures that when installing new locks all vault codes will be unique as expected.

Features
Identity 2.0 - This update improves the prospect experience as we now support passports and additional identity types for prospects to utilize for the ID check. The new process includes “scanning” the ID which works similarly to the process you would use to scan a check at the bank. Scanning the document allows for a better user experience and reduction of manual verifications to ensure that prospects are able to finalize their tour. This update also allows us to expand into international markets. The enabling of passport checks must be done at the Tour Settings Level.
Configurable Prospect Radius Value - We have added the option for you to set the radius for prospects to anywhere between 1 and 10 miles. This update gives you the ability to reduce the radius to limit potential security risks or increase the radius for communities that are more rural or have a poor GPS service signal.
Yardi Allow Users to Manually Add Building and Floor - This update allows clients who are integrated with Yardi to adjust the building and floor values in unit settings. This will allow units to provide additional location details during the prospect's tour process.
Yardi Add First Contact Event Reason - Within our Integrations → Yardi → Property Settings we’ve added a field for first contact event reasons. This records the first contact reasoning when an appointment is added to a guest card so leasing agents have more background to close on the prospect.

Features
Decal Refactor - This update makes the process of ordering and activating decals more scalable and efficient. Decals can now be associated with multiple groups within an organization. Users or residents can have a single decal across the entire organization which limits the need for them to place multiple decals in instances where users are visiting/working at multiple locations.
Implement Shortie for SMS URL Shortening - We have shortened the parking URL for all Alloy Parking SMS. This update reduces the number of messages a guest receives.

Features
Garage Door Controllers - We are excited to announce our new garage door controller feature! This provides residents with the ability to control their garage doors through the SmartRent mobile application. Residents can view the state of their garage door, their garage door activity, and open or close it from the mobile application. Additionally, your site team can control vacant unit garage doors through Community Manager Web. Residents can edit their garage door information within the Settings section of the mobile application.
BugFixes
Automation Interface Improvements (Android only) - We have made multiple automation interface improvements within the Resident mobile application.
Devices Not Showing Offline BugFix - We have fixed the view for offline devices so that when a device is offline the device card on the Home Dashboard gives the status of “OFFLINE.” Additionally, the device detail view shows “Offline” at the top of the view in grey, and the device icon changes to the offline icon in the dashboard and the device detail view.
Delivery Code BugFix - This update fixes delivery codes within the Resident mobile application. When a delivery code is created, only one code is created and the user can then copy it to their clipboard.
Unable to Save Device Name (Android only) - This update allows residents to edit a device name within settings and save the new name.
Update Code Spinner BugFix (Android only) - We have fixed the “Updating Access Code” banner so that when updating a user’s code on the lock it will give way to an “Access Code Updated” banner.
