Unit Groups Refactor - We’ve made significant enhancements to our Unit Groups page located within Property Settings. The new and improved Unit Groups page provides clients with an easier way to add, edit, and remove Unit Groups with its new single page, no-reloading functionality. Clicking the icons on the right, site staff will open up a side menu that allows for more seamlessly performed actions.
| Improvements
Rename Access Code Permission - To create more consistent nomenclature to reinforce our platform is credential agnostic we’ve changed “Access Code” to “Access” and “Receive Vacant Code” to “Receive Vacant Access” on our Permissions page.
| Bug Fixes
Don’t Grant Property Access for Igloohome Enabled Properties - To eliminate confusion for communities using IglooHome lockboxes enabled we no longer create move-in/move-out jobs when moving a resident in or out which would throw an error.
Self-Guided Tours
Version: 2.32.0
|New Features
Yardi Send Cancellation Event Type - We’ve added the following dropdown field to our Yardi Integration Settings: Add Send Cancellation Event Type. To further provide a single source of truth when a tour becomes cancelled and to ensure scheduled tours on the RentCafe calendar are up-to-date.
When a tour becomes cancelled for any of the following reasons the event/date and time will be sent to Yardi:
Cancelled by Prospect | Cancelled by Staff | Unit Unavailable | Rescheduled by Prospect
| Bug Fixes
Lat/Long Geofence Comparison Bugfix - Previously if a prospect scheduled multiple units with different lat/long values there was a chance their access credentials would show even if they were outside of the 3 mile radius of some of the units. We’ve fixed this to only show the homes in which they are in the geofence area for.
Unavailable Units for Tour Bugfix - Previously if a unit became unavailable after a prospect had already selected it for a tour it would still become scheduled. We’ve updated this to redirect the prospect to the unit selection screen with an error message and the unit will be toggled off on the Unit Availability page.
