Version: 1.63.0
Release Date: 8.5.2020
| NEW FEATURES
Moved-In Residents Report - To provide users with more visibility of their new residents we now offer a moved-in residents report available on the Reports tab within organization settings. This report is disabled by default, but when enabled and pulled the report has the following columns:
Property Name | Unit Name | Resident Name | Lease Start Date | Lease End Date | Move In Date | Move Out Date | Property ID | Unit ID | Resident ID | Lease ID | SmartRent Property ID | SmartRent Unit ID
Third Party Integrations Section -In order to provide clients with more communication between other platforms they may be utilizing outside of Community Manager Web, we’ve added a new feature and settings section for integrations which can be found under Property Settings → Integrations. The integrations configuration currently includes Realpage, and will allow each property to enable different and even multiple integration syncs per property. Yardi and Lasso are visible on the configuration page but will not be ready to be synced until our 1.64 release.

Revoking Access in Brivo/Alloy Access during Move-Out - We’ve fixed a bug where when moving a resident out that had an associated Brivo or Alloy Access credentials we were not deleting that account from those providers.
Deleting/Creating Staff Member or Vendor of Brivo/Alloy Access Enabled Property Bug Fix - We’ve fixed a bug where any staff member or vendor created in Community Manager associated with an account that had Brivo or Alloy Access enabled it would crash.
Login Tracking Bug Fix - We’ve fixed a bug where login tracking was previously not including all known user types. Tracking data will now be pulled for all user types and not just staff.
