Community Manager Web Release Notes
Version: 1.61.0
Release Date: 7.01.2020
| NEW FEATURES
Property Alert Thresholds - To reduce the number of false positives for property alerts we’ve extended the threshold time that expires before work orders are automatically created. To utilize this feature, we’ve added a new column on the maintenance settings page labeled Automatically Create Work Order After.
Property alert values:
Humidity - minimum of 4 hours with 4 hour increments up to 48 hours
Leak - minimum of 2 minutes of constant leak detection with increments of 2 minutes
Low battery - minimum of 4 hours with 4 hour increments up to 48 hours
Temp - minimum of 4 hours with 4 hour increments up to 48 hours
If the device alert is still occurring after the specified amount of time from the moment that the device started reporting the issue, then a work order will be generated, reducing the potential number of work orders created.
Alloy Access Integration - In relation to our Alloy Access announcement mentioned in v.1.58.0, users can now connect Alloy Access and Community Manager Web accounts. To increase the adoption of our Alloy Access product, users can add a new provider under property access control for Alloy Access specifically. We have added support for access level and user mapping, and support for all user types (resident, staff, guests, delivery, etc) This feature works the same as Brivo as we display building access codes on expiring links pages.
Manager Guest Access Codes Now Use Vault Codes - We now leverage vault codes to add reliability when the end-user does not need a specific code added to locks. Vault codes are automatically added onto locks which grant users access codes. These codes are generated if a 4-6 digit code is not specified, and the start time is listed as now, or not specified.
Vendor Access Code Used Webhook - We now provide a webhook for when a vendor access code is used. This feature corresponds with our Webhook functionality allowing organization admins to subscribe to events from within their organization. When one of the events occurs and the organization is subscribed to that event, the provided URL (when you subscribe) will be sent a payload describing the event details allowing for faster response time as well as custom reporting.
| BUG FIXES
Branding Fixes - To ensure content is consistent and up-to-date across our platforms we’ve replaced our verbiage from SmartRent.com LLC to the correct SmartRent.com, Inc.
| TOURS
Prospect Progress Tracking - We’ve added additional elements to our internal prospect progress tracking feature to include the following:
When a prospect clicks the SMS to view their finalized tour details
When a prospect shares their geolocation
When a prospect provides their lat/long as well as storing that value
We track and flag prospects who require manual verification after two upload failures
Identity verification
When a prospect clicks on an application link
Prospect Information Configuration - To capture more prospect data, we’ve added a new page for prospect contact information configuration. This page allows the addition or removal of certain contact information fields from the tour workflow. You can access this page on the Tours Settings view, under the menu option labeled Prospect Information. Additional field options are as follows:
Email (default enabled)
State (default disabled)
Address (default disabled)
City (default disabled)
Zip Code (default disabled)
Realtor Checkbox Configuration (default disabled, allows the property to know if the prospect is working with a realtor or not so they can include their details during the tour workflow)
Add Access Code Viewed At To Tours Report - We now include a timestamp on the Tours Report when the prospect has viewed their access code. This will allow clients to visually see when each prospect has started their tour.
Scheduling Refactor - We’ve made some significant changes to our tour scheduling through Community Manager Web with the goal to allow property site staff to send a prospect an invite to schedule a tour that includes identity checks. This refactor is replacing the original Tour Now functionality previously provided on the prospect’s tour page. Here is a step by step on how to utilize this new feature:
