Community Manager - Web
NEW FEATURES
Improved User Creation / Group Assignment: We’ve added a feature within our Create New User functionality that allows Community Manager users assigned to multiple properties to create new users/employees for their properties. A user can be assigned to one or many groups all in one page.
Organization admins will see all groups within the organization and have the ability to search for groups by name, city, state or zip code
Non-organization admins will be able to see the groups within the organization that they are specifically assigned to
Add Code to All Locks: Previously, codes for tours, vendors and residents were only added to primary locks. We have now implemented support so that codes are added to all locks for that unit other than the front door (e.g., storage closets or patio doors).
Work Orders per Unique Device: We’ve changed the way we create leak work orders. We now provide alerts for multiple devices going off within a unit at the same time. For example, if a leak sensor goes off in the kitchen and a work order is created, and the bathroom sensor goes off while the first work order is still open, two emergency work orders will be created, and teams will be notified for both.
Custom Unit Groups Help Text: We’ve added help text on the Unit Group Management page and unit edit forms to show what features have been added and assist on what information is needed for certain areas of the form.
Humidity/Temp Work Order Creation: We now provide support for creating work orders for temperature or humidity readings from devices other than thermostats that are out of normal range, as determined by property-level settings.
For example, the Alloy Home Z-Wave Repeater 700 series tracks temperature and humidity, which can be used in lieu of a thermostat to permit proper asset monitoring.

Webhook for Tour Access Code Used: This feature adds Tour Access Code usage support to our 1.55.0 Webhooks feature, allowing organization admins to subscribe to events from within their organization. When one of the events occurs and the organization is subscribed to that event, the URL provided on subscription will be sent a payload describing the event details, allowing for faster response time as well as custom reporting for when a tour access code (or other events) occur.
IMPROVEMENTS
Add Permanent Guest Codes to Guest Codes Report: We’ve added permanent guest codes to our guest codes report.
ZLINK Z-Wave In-Wall Switch - ZL-WS-100: We now support the ZLINK In-Wall Switch model ZL-WS-100.
ZLink ZL-WS-100
Update Vacant Staff Code Report: The vacant staff code report will now be able to report when a vacant unit is accessed with an access code or from an app. Reports will also be created daily instead of monthly. Vacant staff code reports allow organizations to better track the work of leasing agents throughout vacant units.
Add Additional Fields to Activity Records: We’ve added additional fields to our activity records for improved troubleshooting to include the following:
Unit occupation
Unit status
Access code ID
Self-Guided Tours - Unit Configuration: Properties now have the ability to change the maximum number of units available for a prospect to tour at a single time. This improves prospect experience by not requiring them to complete the form multiple times to tour multiple units at one property.
To enable this feature, in Community Manager go to Settings > Prospects > Tour Settings > General.
FIXED
Activity 2.0 Honeywell T6 Setpoint Crossover Handling: We’ve improved the reporting for T6 thermostat activity by excluding a cooling/heating setpoint that is not supported.
Unit Rent Values Error (Tours): We’ve fixed a bug to allow any valid dollar amount in the rent field for self-guided tours.
Vacant Access Codes via Expiring Links (SMS + Email): We’ve fixed a bug for organization vacant access code communication settings for “Expiring Links” and will no longer send directly to email.
