NEW FEATURES

Self-Guided Tours Settings Wizard: In order to provide users with an improved set-up experience, we now provide a guided wizard for tour settings. This will ensure that when enabling tours, all the necessary settings are configured for an optimal prospect experience.

Self-Guided Tour Unit Information: We now collect and display unit data synced from RealPage marketing and availability which will provide more details for a unit when a prospect is creating a new tour.

Alloy Home Security Motion Sensors: In order to continue to provide support for various hardware solutions, we’ve added functionality to now support Alloy Home Security Motion gfSensors.

Lock Battery Automatic Work Orders: In order to improve timely workflows for replacing low batteries in locks, we’ve added additional listeners from the lock to ensure work orders are automatically created for critical battery instances.

Switch Installation Naming Convention: To better assist with device management and to maintain consistent device naming, when you pair or re-pair a switch, the following name options are provided by default; Kitchen, Living Room, Entry, Hallway or Bedroom.

IMPROVEMENTS

We’ve made some organizational changes to property settings, grouping items in a more constructive fashion.

Maintenance work orders now have a filter so that only users that can be assigned work orders are displayed.

We’ve added missing group thermostat configurations which will reduce errors received during installation/re-pairing.

We’ve added a filter on locks that need to be repaired when attempting to lock vacant units automatically. This will result in fewer errors and page crashes.

We’ve increased our timeout limitations to avoid frequent timeout errors during the installation/pairing process.

We’ve updated the text on the access code page for guests when Brivo is enabled to include steps on using the # on the property doors and checkmark on the unit door.

FIXED

  • Resolved a bug where hubs that were reporting offline for the entire 24 hours were not included in the Hub Status report.

  • Fixed a bug for pagination on User Lists that would occasionally not render all the results.

  • We now display a message when a paired device fails secured inclusions, updating the UI to display “Device failed secure inclusion, please exclude and try again.”

  • To better handle and maintain device naming conventions, we no longer reset internal device names on the resident move out.
