NEW FEATURES

Resident Terms of Service Acknowledgement: We are updating our Terms of Service (TOS). Existing residents who have not agreed to the TOS will be taken to a page during login that allows them to read and accept our updated TOS. New residents will be asked to read and accept our TOS during account creation.

Confirm Email Address on Change: For improved security regarding user authentication, users will now receive a “Confirm New Email Address” email when they request to update their email with a verification link to confirm the email change.

Custom Access Code Support: We added a feature that, when enabled at the property settings level, will allow residents to change their access code to a customized 4-digit sequence. We expect that this feature will be available soon in the resident mobile experience.

Device Tracking: Property staff can now use a device’s unique serial number to track inventory that moves between units for improved inventory tracking. This only applies to beta firmware.

IMPROVEMENTS

To provide a clear distinction between site staff vs vendors, all vendors are now listed as external third-party vendors and any site staff are users within our software.

We added additional support for Alloy Home contact sensors.

If a hub or primary lock is deleted, we added an improvement that marks a unit as “cannot be toured” on the unit availability page within tours.

Property staff can now track thermostat alerts when humidity or temperature is out of bounds.

FIXED

We fixed a bug regarding work order filters disappearing.

Past manager access codes (which are no longer supported) are no longer shown on the unit access code list.

Invalid or stale dates for work orders and automation are no longer allowed in multiple areas of the app.
