NEW FEATURES
Activity 2.0: We’ve updated and redesigned property and unit-level activity tracking across devices, unit access, and other featured activity events to keep staff more informed and up-to-date with property and unit activity.
Note: This feature will be enabled and activity will be tracked as of 12/22/2019. No previous activity data will be displayed.

Redesigned Device Controls: We’ve redesigned our device status pages for an improved, consistent and simplified device control experience.
Lock Thermostat
Unit Context Work Order Creation: For a more convenient work order creation process, users are able to create work orders from the Unit page by utilizing the maintenance tab.

Unit Tour Availability Page: We’ve added a tab within Tours called “Unit Availability” which will allow a property to select which units are available for prospect tours. Selected units will be the only units displayed and available to tour.

ResMan and RentEGI Integrations: We’ve added property management system support for ResMan and RentEGI. This includes data sync for resident information, units and work orders. Learn more about how to set up the integrations by speaking to your AE or CSM.
Forgot Password Link Expiration and Forced Logout on Password Change: To continue to improve security for our users, we now automatically log users out of all active sessions when they change their password.

Updated Battery and Temperature Alerts: We’ve updated the dashboard for battery and temperature/humidity alerts to more accurately represent the status of alerts at a property. The alert number shown now ties directly to open work orders of that type. Closing an associated work order will reduce the number shown on the dashboard overview.

Security System Management: We’ve added additional occupancy change tasks to enhance the privacy of resident security systems. A resident’s security system may now be automatically added to and deleted from a resident’s account when the resident moves in or out of a unit.
IMPROVEMENTS
We’ve added “Connection Type” to the Hub Detail Report to display whether a hub is connected via ethernet, WiFi or mobile.
Duplicate records for device reports have been removed.
We fixed our device schedule permissions so only users that have device control permission can create schedules for a unit.
To increase the reliability of the job that completes resident guest code deletion, we now exclude deleted locks from that removal list.
We added a search bar functionality to the property list view pages for improved property searches.
We updated and added additional support for GoControl’s Rev 24 hardware revision.
FIXED
We fixed a bug where the YRD210 lock was unable to complete the installation workflow.
We added screens for instances where there is no primary lock or viewing codes for a unit.
