Release Notes (1.26.0) - 1/30/2019

SmartRent Release Notes - January 30, 2019 (1.26.0)

Work Order Date and Time: Work orders now include an option to schedule a specific date and time for service maintenance. This will allow properties to better time manage their maintenance schedules.

Leak Alert False Alarms: Residents will receive an email if their leak sensor goes off and have the ability to immediately respond via one-click within that email to let maintenance know it was a false alarm (Oops, I spilled water near my toilet). This will close the work order automatically and send notification to property and service technicians that the work order is closed.

Emergency Access: There is now a quick link access button in the control room dashboard to create an emergency work order.

Low Battery Work Orders: Any device that has a battery will automatically create an unassigned work order if battery levels fall below 50 percent.

Work Order Access Codes: Service managers will now be able to view the access code associated with the work order in control room, simplifying the job for service managers and others assisting the service technicians.

Push Notifications for Residents: Residents will receive push notifications when a work order access code or guest access code is used to access their unit, and when a work order is completed.

Group Temperature and Humidity Settings: This feature will trigger an alert for temperature and humidity levels outside of a specified range. By default, the range is set for outside temperatures of 55-90 degrees and greater than 80 percent humidity.
