Currently, SmartWiz does not offer a free trial.

Your feedback is invaluable to us. Look out for ”suggested feedback” within your portal, as well as periodic touch points from our team asking for your input. Your suggestions help us continuously improve and innovate.

What is SmartWiz’s refund policy?

Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds at this time after the first 30 days (not including Academy users, as Academy users are ineligible for refunds due to content access). We appreciate your understanding and are here to assist with any questions or support you may need.

Is it possible to cancel my annual subscription without deleting my SmartWiz account?

How does SmartWiz handle tax filing?

With SmartWiz, filing tax returns is streamlined through our current partnership with Taxwise, complementing our filing capabilities that are in beta for the 2024 tax season. Upon purchasing SmartWiz software, users gain access to all necessary tools and resources to file returns. This setup ensures a seamless and efficient filing experience, continuously improving as our platform evolves.

Is SmartWiz capable of processing business tax returns?

Yes, SmartWiz is equipped to manage and file business tax returns, including those for corporations and partnership LLCs.

Does SmartWiz integrate with banks for refund processing and payments?

Yes. Currently, SmartWiz integrates with all banks for refund processing and payments, except for Refundo.

Does SmartWiz support bulk data transfer from other tax software?

As of now, SmartWiz does not offer bulk data transfer from other tax software. We are actively working on providing this functionality. Stay tuned for future updates.

Can I personalize SmartWiz with my company's branding?

SmartWiz allows tax professionals to upload their company logo, which will be visible to their clients, adding a personalized touch to the platform.
