Rebalance Statuses and What Actions to Take in the History Tab

Overview

After submission, each rebalance request is assigned a status in the History tab.


Status Definitions

Complete

Trades successfully submitted

What to do:

No action required

What happens next?

Your custodian will process the trades associated with this rebalance.


Complete with Errors

Some accounts failed

What to do:

  • Click into the rebalance submission

  • Locate the Issue field

  • Review the error message

  • Resolve issue(s)

  • Resubmit the rebalance request


Failed

Entire rebalance failed. No trades were submitted.

What to do:

  • Click into the rebalance submission

  • Locate the Issue field

  • Review the error message

  • Resolve issue(s)

  • Resubmit the rebalance request


Expired

Not approved same day

What to do:

  • Recreate and resubmit


Canceled

Manually canceled

No action required
