Overview
When you submit a rebalance request in SMArtX, it will move into one of the following statuses that you will see within the History tab. Use this guide to understand what each status means and whether any action is required.
Rebalance Status: Complete
What does "Complete" mean?
Your rebalance request was successfully submitted, and SMArtX is sending orders to your custodian for execution.

Rebalance Status: Complete with Errors
What does "Complete with Errors" mean?
Your rebalance request was partially successful. Some accounts were processed, but others failed.
Do I need to take action? | What should I do?
| Pro Tip: You do not need to resubmit the entire rebalance — only the accounts that failed. |
Rebalance Status: Failed
What does "Failed" mean?
The entire rebalance request failed. No trades were submitted.

What does "Expired" mean?
Your rebalance request was submitted but not approved before the end of the business day.

Rebalance Status: Canceled
What does "Canceled" mean?
The rebalance request was canceled before it was approved. No trades were submitted.
