Exercising Your Right to Change Your Mind (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013)
You have the legal right to change your mind within 14 days of receiving your order and request a refund.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition you received it — unused, with the seal unbroken, and in its original packaging.
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery, provided these conditions are met. You’ll also need to provide your receipt or proof of purchase.

Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed within 10 business days to your original payment method.
Please note that certain items, such as those with broken seals or marked as sale items, cannot be returned or refunded for hygiene and safety reasons.
