Respond, confirm, and/or suggest an alternative time for reservation requests from the Guestbox

Reservation Notifications

When a reservation request is submitted, a notification is automatically posted on the Guestbox tab from the side menu. Through the Guestbox, you have the ability to...

  •  Send a message to the guest

  • Confirm the reservation

  • Suggest an alternative time

  • Access the entire profile of the guest

Confirm The Reservation

If the requested time and date is available, click "Confirm" to automatically confirm the reservation, this sends an email confirmation to the guest.

Suggest an Alternative Time

If the requested time and date is unavailable, click "Suggest an alternative time." This opens a pop-up message to enter a new date and time, and a customized message to the guest.

Respond Through Chat

If you need to send a message to the guest for any reason, simply enter your message on the chat box, this will automatically send an email to the guest. 

Access The Guest Profile

From the Guestbox, click the reservation request from the right panel. This opens a pop-up box with the guest's entire profile. Here you can...

  • Reject the request

  • Confirm the request

  • Confirm the request with a message

  • Suggest another time

  • View the guest's profile

  • View all interactions and messages with the guest
