If the requested time and date is available, click "Confirm" to automatically confirm the reservation, this sends an email confirmation to the guest.
Suggest an Alternative Time
If the requested time and date is unavailable, click "Suggest an alternative time." This opens a pop-up message to enter a new date and time, and a customized message to the guest.
Respond Through Chat
If you need to send a message to the guest for any reason, simply enter your message on the chat box, this will automatically send an email to the guest.
